We had a great response to our menu last weekend blending Irish & Chinese cuisine so we’ve only gone and done it again. We spent the week coming up with some unique combinations and you can see below what those are! We’re also doing a dessert special this weekend that I think is a nice little summer dessert, simple but tasty. We look forward to you guys trying out the specials this weekend and if this weather holds up we can do a little al fresco dining on the balcony!

Black Pudding, Apple, Honey & Mustard Wontons with Star Anise Scented Apple Compote & Balsamic Reduction


Warm Salad of Duck Chilli Ginger Sausage with fresh leaves, Orange &  a light Plum sauce dressing with herb croutons

Main Courses

Pan fried Hake Fillet served on a bed of Pak Choi mash with a Smoked Bacon scented Butter & Chive Sauce

Suggested wine pairing – Wantz Riesling – a lively crisp white wine to complement the freshness of the Hake and smokiness of the Bacon


Penne Pasta with Prawns & Chorizo sausage in a lightly spiced Garlic White  wine & Cream sauce garnished with fresh Chillies & Garlic toast

Suggested wine pairing – Amarone Classico – a strong powerful, fruity red with notes of spice & toast. Perfect with Chorizo
