Please read these terms carefully before purchasing an IPTV subscription from RoyalVilla.ie. By subscribing to our IPTV Ireland service, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Overview & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the IPTV Ireland service provided by RoyalVilla.ie ("we," "us," "our"). By purchasing an IPTV subscription, creating an account, or accessing our service in any way, you ("the customer," "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

RoyalVilla.ie provides Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) services to customers primarily located in Ireland and the United Kingdom. Our service delivers live television channels, on-demand content, and related streaming services via internet connection to compatible devices.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not purchase or use our IPTV subscription service. Continued use of the service after any modifications to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. IPTV Subscription Plans & Duration

RoyalVilla.ie offers the following IPTV subscription plans, each providing identical access to our full channel list, on-demand library, and all features:

  • 1 Month Plan — €14.99 (one-time payment, 30 days of access)
  • 3 Month Plan — €29.99 (one-time payment, 90 days of access)
  • 6 Month Plan — €39.99 (one-time payment, 180 days of access)
  • 12 Month Plan — €49.99 (one-time payment, 365 days of access)

All plans are pre-paid for the selected duration. There are no recurring charges, no automatic renewals, and no long-term contracts. Your IPTV subscription is active for the duration you have paid for. At the end of your subscription period, access to the service will cease unless you choose to renew by contacting us via WhatsApp.

All prices are quoted in Euros (€) and include the complete service — no hidden fees, no activation charges, and no premium add-ons.

3. Payments & Billing

Payment for your IPTV subscription is processed through our WhatsApp support channel. We accept the following payment methods:

  • Visa and Mastercard (debit or credit)
  • PayPal

  • Cryptocurrency

5. Acceptable Use Policy

When using our IPTV Ireland service, you agree to the following conditions:

6. Account & Credentials Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your IPTV subscription login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately via WhatsApp if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account or any other security breach.

RoyalVilla.ie is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials. If your credentials are compromised due to sharing or negligence, we may issue new credentials at our discretion; however, this is not guaranteed and may incur a service fee.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our IPTV subscription service, all sales are generally considered final once login credentials have been delivered. However, we understand that circumstances arise, and we handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis:

  • Before credentials are delivered: If you contact us before your login details are sent, we will issue a full refund.
  • Service not working: If our technical team is unable to resolve a genuine service issue within 48 hours of your report, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund at our discretion.
  • After use: Once the service has been activated and used, refunds are not typically provided. We encourage all new customers to start with the 1-month plan to test the service before committing to a longer duration.

All refund requests must be submitted via WhatsApp. Refunds, when approved, will be processed via the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

8. Service Availability & Uptime

RoyalVilla.ie strives to maintain 99.9% server uptime for our IPTV Ireland service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous service at all times. Temporary service interruptions may occur due to:

  • Scheduled server maintenance and upgrades
  • Third-party content provider or channel source changes
  • Internet service provider issues on the customer's end
  • Force majeure events beyond our reasonable control

Channel availability may vary from time to time. We reserve the right to add, remove, or modify channels and on-demand content without prior notice. While we make every effort to maintain a consistent lineup, specific channels or content cannot be guaranteed indefinitely.

In the event of extended outages exceeding 72 hours that are directly attributable to our servers, affected customers may receive a complimentary extension to their IPTV subscription at our discretion.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RoyalVilla.ie, its owners, operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, our IPTV Ireland service.

This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current IPTV subscription period.

You acknowledge that the use of IPTV services is at your own risk. RoyalVilla.ie provides the service on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

RoyalVilla.ie respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. We collect only the minimum data necessary to provide our IPTV subscription service, which may include:

  • Your name or alias (as provided on WhatsApp)
  • Your WhatsApp contact number
  • Your email address (if provided for credential delivery)
  • Your payment confirmation details (transaction ID, not full card numbers)

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is stored securely and used solely for the purpose of managing your IPTV Ireland subscription, processing payments, and providing customer support.
